Chicken poop help

I have some chickens that are about 3 to 4 weeks old. And one of them some times has a hard time pooping. Is there anything I can do to help them poop better?

Maker sure they always have plenty of fresh water that isn't full of pine shavings or hay. Put a spoonful of organic apple cider vinegar in ther water, and/or feed them a small amount of plain yogurt.
