Chicken poop, is this diarrhoea or a sign she’s getting ready to lay?

She’s a cream Legbar and hasn’t started laying yet, she’s been pooping like this for a day or so. Could she have worms or maybe she’s eating too many tomatoes (she goes nuts for them)

Yellow and Foamy Poop
watery chicken poop

This is sometimes noticed at the early stage of coccidiosis. It is a safe period to administer an effective coccidiostat to quick recovery. It can also be an indication of fowl typhoid or internal worm infestation.

I got that from this website:
https://guidefreak.com/understanding-chicken-poop/#Green_Chicken_Poop

So I would treat for coccidiosis.
