Chicken Poop Problems

I tried searching but I can't seem to find much info. One of my 5 week old female naked neck had blood in her poop and consequently died last night! She was the only one having the symptom. I am just worried about the others (9 left). Although there doesn't seem to be any indication of the same for the others, I just wanted to know if anybody could direct me to information on what is the cause, how to prevent and what do I do should another show the same symptoms? Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks

Google Coccidiosis. I would treat everyone with either corid or sulmet, unless you already have them on medicated starter.

I checked with my local Vet, it isn't what it appears to be. He doesn't have an answer coz he doesn't deal with chicken much. Sigh.... worry worry worry...
