One or two of my chickens have been leaving these gems in their run. I have done 4 of 5 days of the Aquasol goat dewormer in their water, on the theory it was most likely roundworms. I took the top layer of stuff off of their run and replaced it and am replacing all of the hemp in their coop. Their food is only given in a feeder, and they have a nipple watering system (with one cup to make sure everyone's happy). Egg production shot up and I thought the problem was solved. Is this tapeworm or still other worms? Do I need to spend the money to take the chicken to the vet and have a fecal done?

Do you see anything moving in the poop?

Foamy poop can be from a number of things, it looks like Cecal poop to me.
Finish the course of Aquasol.

If possible, take a sample of poop to your vet for testing to see if you do need to treat for any other type of worms. Aquasol dosing treats Roundworms only.

For Tapeworms, you need to use Praziquantel, products and dosing are in this post: https://www.backyardchickens.com/threads/treating-tapeworms-under-construction.1220309/

With Tapeworms, generally you'll see Proglottids like in the video below.

Where are you located? Where I live there are dozens of vets, but good avian vets are rare and any with poultry experience are as rare as hen's teeth. Many are willing to see a new 'patient' and all can read a fecal but so many don't want to mess with a chicken. There are a couple that see chickens in my metro area but are still far away. I finally found a large animal vet about 50 miles out of town that was willing to read a fecal without seeing 'the patient'.
During that search, I suspected large roundworms but refrained from treating. It turned out they didn't have worms but a serious clostridial bacteria infection. By treating without knowing what the affliction was, I would only have been wasting time.

Thank you so much! Thats very helpful. I'm a new chicken mom and tend to overreact.
