Chicken Poop

Our 4 week old chickens have normal poop most of the time. Then on some occasions I see yellowish diarrhea. Sorry for the picture! One of the chickens lays around all the time and isn't very active. She does eat and drink, but is smaller in size then her sister of the same breed. She is a polish chicken. I don't know if it is her poop that looks like that, but I feel like there have been multiple chickens that have had that same poop. They all seem healthy and normal. The chickens we had before them never had poop that color. Is this normal? Is there something wrong with them?

Just looks like a normal cecal poop to me. They will do one every 8 poops or so.
