Chicken Pop door

I have installed my pop door for the chickens to access the run. I have it set to open and close on the Add-A-Motor system. Love it! Question is.....the way it is set now, it only raises to where the chickens have 10 1/2" height to get thru...it is 16" wide, so plenty of width. Is 10 1/2" of vertical clearance plenty for them to go back and forth thru?
I have australorps buff orpingtons, and a golden buff

I would think they could fit… they may have to stoop a bit but nothing they can not do. And if it is to get outside and or into the run, you can bet your egg money they will find a way to do so.

My pop door is only 9"x12" this big boy get through no problem.
