Chicken/Pork marinade

1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 lg clove garlic minced
About 2 pounds of meat of your choice:
chicken
game hens
pork
Mix marinade and pour it over your meat. Let marinate 2 hours at room temp or 2 hours to overnight in the fridge.
Let meat come up to room temp before grilling till done.
I have also roasted whichever meat I was using on a rack in the oven till done but prefer to grill it on the bbq

Hope you enjoy.... I forgot to add since the marinade has honey it can burn easily on the grill so medium heat and frequent turning
 
I am going to put my marinade in here too - chicken or pork:

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey

mix together and nuke it until the sugar is melted. Add 3/4 jar plumb sauce (Asian section at the store). Mix well, pour over meat. IT IS SO YUMMY!!!
