Chicken problem!!!

My chicken named Jackie isn’t doing so well she has a swollen abdomen and a floppy comb . She is currently standing really still with her eyes closed , she has been acting strange can anyone help please ,

Did she recover? Could it be egg bound? I hope she is better.

i am in need with chicken she was about the same I hope she isn't have the egg problem, but I did notice some poop out on her feathers.
