Biggest 8.52 pounds. Best 15 out of 45 were over 8 lbs. Average 7.24 lbs. Smallest 4.0 lbs.

chicken soup, chicken stew with potatoes or with peas, or with fresh beans, cauliflower, eggplants or another 1000 kind of stews, baked in the oven with vegetables, schnitzels, roasted, grilled, stuffed are only i few ideas i have on this moment. you don't have to cook all the chicken at once, you can cut it and cook parts of it.

We eat them.

One of the folks I sold 15 birds to today wanted some very large chickens, so I grew them that way. He wants large pieces of friend chicken.

It did take 2 hrs to BBQ one on Sunday night, it was 7.82lbs, and it was pretty darned awesome.
