chicken puffed up, sour crop?

We have a chicken (not sure what kind) that is about a month and a half old. about a week ago we noticed that her one side was bigger than the other. it is soft and squishy. she seems like all the other chickens, but will let you pick her up instead of freaking out. we think it might be sour crop, and we heard it helps to put athlete foot lotion in yogurt and give it to her. i will try to put up a picture. any suggestions? we have heard lots of different things (rub it, don't touch it, its fatal, she will be fine, ect). what do we do?
