We noticed our hen acting sluggish and not eating much about a week ago. She's a buff golden, at least 3 years old. We received her as a gift from a neighbor so we're not sure how old she. We've had her for 2 years.

5 days ago we noticed a sour crop so we brought her in to start treatment of yogurt and Miconazole in the form of Monistat. We've been draining her crop by forcing her to throw up and it seems to be shrinking.

This is the second time dealing with sour crop. The first time we didn't have to drain the chicken. This time we drained her and we noticed leaves and sticks coming up with the dark brown liquid. Is this normal?

She's not drinking or eating unless we force feed her. She's also not moving very much and looking very sleepy. Today we noticed a bubble on her right shoulder. Image attached. Is this a sign of a larger issue?

Suggestions on how to move forward - like I said she's old for her breed (we think) but would like her to have a long happy health if possible.
