Chicken (pullet) 4 month old stung in eye by honey bees

Any help would be great.

In the early stages of a sting, sometimes it can help to give a small dose of benadryl once to help reduce swelling. That would be 1/4 tablet of 25 mg benadryl or diphenhydramine. Glad to hear that your chicken is doing okay, and hope it gets better soon.
Thank you for your support. She is doing better every day. She is going out with the flock eating bugs and grass. I gave her liquid benadryl .45 cc X twice daily with the eye ointment. Thanks again.
 
Just wanted to update everyone on my 4 month old Blue Lace Red Wyandotte pullet, who was stung by honey bees in the eye. Since giving her Benadryl for the last 48 hrs her eye swelling has reduced 35%. Her eye is still cloudy and a dark color but she does have some sight in it. She is doing amazing considering what happened. She is out forging with her sister Lavene and is acting like a normal chicken. Thanks again for all the suggestions and help.
