Chicken Question

Is someone pulling my tailfeathers, or is there a Green Leghorn? If so, where are they available?
Also, we have 7-Buff Orington,5-RIR, 3-Barred Rock,and 2-Americana, all are 4 month old pullets.
Can we get a Rooster and put him in with my girls? If yes. What kind?

i dont know about the green leghorn. But you can put any rooster in with them that you want corresponding if they are standards or bantams.
If you are trying to hatch purebred chicks make sure you use same breed roosters.

The "green" Leghorn was a chick that somebody dyed. They do not actually come in that color.

I seem to have been HAD..
When I was a young buck apprentice bricklayer in the early 70's one of the guys sent me for a brick-stretcher..?I could still be looking for that "Green"
Leghorn and the brick-stetcher if someone didn't feel sorry for me..
