Yes he is actually better cause of his smaller comb and waddles. Can’t tell if his cushion is as good but you can use hens with nice cushions to fix that.

I know he is great quality but he is really mean to both his brother and the other silkie hens... I really want good quality sizzles but I don't want a mean roo and I don't want mean offspring. Should that be something to consider In breeding?

Yes that should be considered as they can pass that on so I would cull him out.
