Chicken/rabbit Manure question...where do u put it after clean up????

I clean the poop boards and do a general cleanup every day. I then was putting the droppings and shavings in the last row on f the garden next to sunflowers, I thought everything was great. This week both inside dogs(Shih Tzu) needed to be taken to the vets for stomach problems. 93.00 dollars later, we decided a large compost bin will be built instead of just dumping it. It seems that both dogs sometime during the day had a feast of Chickie Poo!!!!

All I do is clean up under the rabbits and put that into the cart then I clean out the hen house and toss that out into the hen yard.After a week or so when the cart is full I empty it into the flower beds not the garden though.I have poo mixed with straw and hay leftovers from everyone scratching around the barn.
