Chicken really sick, need help

I have an american about 6mos old with the following symtoms....unsteady gait, depressed, eats and drinks a little, chest puffed up so it looks like she has no neck, crop is soft, white yellow diarrehea, alert, cant walk like her legs are weak, nose dives when she tries to walk. All this started about 3 days ago. Tried antibiotic corid, polyvisol, vit e , probiotic....nothing working. She smells funny, sour, but doesnt seem like sour crop, more coming from her bottom.....need help fast

I did rectal examine and its empty. She has not laid yet

If i hold hand of food up sheceats a little...hard to eat from feeder with no neck thing thats going on. Syringing water and she drinks. She cat get up and legs wont work. When laying down legs are behind her

Had a wynnedotte 7mos ago like this and she died within 2 or 3 days

I have 8 others and no problems so i dont think its contagious.

What do you feed...Provide grit?

Is there a discharge from her vent? Gleet?

Very tiny amount of white on vent, i would not say abnormal
