Yes, if she was disclosing boy I don't see any reason to lie about his age. The part that I meant was interesting was for me to learn something new... that not all roos have spurs. :)

I wonder if the Sebrights that are all hen feathered get spurs?
Any breed of chicken the hens can grow spurs as well but usually only when they get older. Also any breed of rooster can go it's whole life with no spurs. I read that somewhere.
 
ok were good my daughter bring me 2 more she said were girls, and after a few min, hummm, yeah its a roo, and he likes the girls a lot.....rofl

They don't actually mate with each other :lol:. It is just a show of dominance. If you want to find out whether you have a roo or hen, look at his/her saddle feathers. Pointed = rooster, rounded = hen (or adolescent pullet/cockerel).
