Chicken roosting

I am need of some assistance, I have some new chicks that are in my coop and are not using the roost. I need some ideas on some roosting ideas for my coop. Thanks for the help in advance. :/

It isn't something to worry about, really. They will roost when they are ready. But if you want to make it easier, some small wooden dowels are nice to have. Mine will hop up during the day but at a month old, they still prefer to sleep in a big dog-pile.

yeah some people will put a roost of some kind in when they first bring the chicks home and they'll use it some. Others, mine included, would hop on it and hang out during the day some, but at night, they'd pile up in the corner.

now that I finished the coop and moved them out there, even at 7 weeks, they still pile up in the corner to sleep at night, LOL By the time I'm up and go down there to open the pop doors and let them out in the morning, there's usually one or two up there checking things out. Maybe they're not far from starting to sleep up there now that it's warming up more at night
