Blackie left the flock and explored around to take her mind of things. A gentle stream bubbled nearby while birds came to drink from it. Moss covered the rocks and tall trees grew proudly.

Raven left Zeus and walked to the edge of the clearing to be by himself.

Rakia was there, he blue shape bearly seen therough the wild flowers that grew madly here



Beetle walked to BLackie
"Sorry about snapping at you"

"Ah, it's okay! Don't really blame you after what happened." Blackie stretched a wing. "Hey, I found a big patch of earthworms nearby. Would you like to come with me?"

"Sure" Beetle replied and followed her

Both chickens came to fairly large patch of bare earth. Worm castings were everywhere and worms could easily be seen wriggling on the dirt. "Bet I can get more worms than you!" Blackie challenged playfully.

He smiled, "Wanna see?"

"Yeah!" Blackie ran out onto the patch of dirt and started to gobble up worms left and right.

Beetle walked slowly, his tail dragging, grabbing worms up quickly , his beak moving like a blurr

Blackie spotted a long, giant worm and grabbed onto it as it wriggled.

Beetle grabbed more, his beak moving like lightning, until they had caught all the worms
