Blackie, not knowing who it was at first, whipped around and growled at Beetle. "Oh! It's you! Sorry..." she looked surprised.

"Its okay, you gonna hatch some chickies?"

"I guess so," Blackie crouched into her nest and shuffled around, arranging every leaf and piece of grass.

"Are the eggs fertile? Do you have eggs?" Beetle asked, he was fairly bored

 

[K-12 Chickens]

"Well, not at the moment," Blackie picked up a leaf and placed it down in her nest. ",but soon."

Jade walked up to Blackie and said "Who are you hoping the dad is Blackie?" "Oh hi Beetle how are you?"

Blackie shrugged. "I guess we'll see." She continued building her nest, clucking.
