Chicken Run Help!

I want to make a covered chicken run that is approx. 12'x12' for my 6 chicks, that is approx. 11' tall, and then put a little coop for them under it, that is about 6' tall. I would like to use clear panels for the roof, any idea for plans? I'm up for any suggestions! Thanks!

The run is 8x12x80"high, the house is 4x8 24" off the ground. just for ideas. I have 6 girls 81/2 weeks old.

No, just optimized the size of lumber & what I thought would be easy to assemble. Because it is in sections, expansion if I wanted to shouldn't be much of a problem. Thank you for the compliment.
