Chicken run under coop and in the run.

They seem like they are liking it, but we are worried the grass is high and dew is on it in the mornings. We put lots of toys and roosts for them to get up on. They are 5-6 weeks old. Suggestions? TIA

Thank you for your quick reply! We just heard so many ways of making the floor and worried they will get mites, lice, etc. from the grass. Brand new parents!

They'll love the grass! They can eat it, drink the dew drops off it in the morning, eat the bugs living in the grass, scratch at it, etc. It's very natural and healthy for them.
