Chicken Saddle- Breeding Chicken Cover question

I have no idea as you can tell what these things are called. but they are cloth clovers that I have seen you can put on your hens to keep the roo from rubbing all her back feather off? I am looking for a pattern so I can make some. any ideas?

Awesome!! okay, I know this is dumb.. but on the sew one.. the 2 elastic things, do they go over her wings or around each leg?
