I had seen a recipe on a blog for chicken sausage. So my son and I made it, and it was good. I just need to tweak the recipe. It called for brown sugar, and I didn't like that part. We just butchered 4 roosters and I am again making sausage and looking to see if anyone has a good sausage recipe.
