Chicken screams when I touch them

I have a little bantam hen who comes to me. She’ll even peck at my legs when she wants picked up.
Your girl may be begging to be picked up and pecking at you is her only way of saying “I am here! Mom!”

That’s what my other chickens do. But she bites my skin off

I'm very confused. If she's not going to the nest, why are you saying she's broody? "Broody" refers to a hen that won't get off the nest day or night because she is determined to hatch eggs. She will flatten out on the nest like a pancake and growl at anyone who tries to disturb her. If you do take her off the nest she will walk around clucking like a time bomb. She may eat, drink and make a huge poop and take a dust bath, but then she will immediately get back on the nest and stay there.

Not broody .. she isn’t that bad only sometimes but now she doesn’t do that she’s super sweet and pecked me gently now

Well she attacked me when she thinks I’m attacking her. Once I pulled grass she bit me. She even ran to my leg and pecked me and jumped on my head when she’s broody she even chases me

She can't chase you if you don't run. Throw her in a separate pen with food and water and break her from her broodiness.Everything you're saying points to being broody.

maybe isolate her for a while and only come to her when she needs a refill on food or water maybe that could tone it down a bit
