Chicken seems fine except not eating or drinking?

We noticed one of our young chickens (about 4 months) didn’t come out of the coop this morning and when I looked in, she was just standing in there on the roost. I got her out and then she continued to just kind of stand on a roost and won’t eat or drink anything. She doesn’t seem to have any symptoms other than not eating or drinking and just wanting to roost. This was their second night in with the big chickens so I’m wondering if maybe something happened and she’s scared? or is something else going on. Her crop is flat, I used a dropper to give her some water with electrolytes, and then she pooped a small bit of yellow/white liquid but that’s the only time she has pooped since I’ve been with her. I separated her from the rest of them and she’s still just wanting to roost (on my shoulder lol) and not interested in eating or drinking anything I offer her. I don’t know what else to do

She pooped again and I spread it out so you can see it too

I noticed her eye has red on the side where it’s white, could this be the problem?

How is she doing with integrating into the adult flock?

Have you seen her get to food/water?

She my have been pecked, hard to tell about the eye.

I'd watch to make sure she's eating/drinking and not being bullied too much. It can be a stressful time to move (integration), so she may be stressed.

You have her separated out - can she at least be near the others?

She has done great integrating into the adult flock, she’s one of our most outgoing. They were in a separate coop until recently because they’ve done so well, she and her three brood mates. She isn’t really eating or drinking aside from a bit of scrambled egg I gave her, I’ve been giving her water with a dropper. I’ve never really seen her be bullied, she actually often bullies the younger ones (not in the big coop yet). She is separated because I’m not sure if she’s sick but yes, she is right next to the run!
