Chicken seems like she is gasping for air

I have a barred rock who is in pretty bad shape. Her eyes are completly shut and her movements are kind of seizure like.
She cannot stand up on her own nor move around , can barely hold up her neck.

Is this Mareks, botulism or sour crop?
