Chicken separating from other, staying in coop and not laying. Not sure what to look for if mites?

I have only 3 chickens. I work full time so don't have a lot of time to watch behavior but over the weekend I did get to spend some time. One of the three is staying in the coop. When I approach she puffs up her feathers and makes noise. I've taken her out and tried to check for mites but don't really know what to look for. I did notice her poop to be normal consistency but kind of dark rather than brown. When she was out of the coop while I was cleaning it she stayed low to the ground and was kind of rolling around. When I put her by the foor and water she'll eat and drink but today my daugther said she didn't do either, just went back into the coop. What's your thought?

I'm not sure what broody is? She is staying in the coop in the nesting box they all usually lay in.

She's staying in the coop in the nesting box they all seem to lay in. They all lay in the same box.
