Chicken shaking head

Hello

Sorry to just barge in like this but I am visiting my Mum and one of hens is shaking her head and looking quite sick, she is going to take her to the vets tomorrow but I am not sure that she will make it? She is not eating much but I have manged to get her wormer down her and some fluids but she looks so tired, do any of you have an idea of whats wrong with her? I have looked on the internet but to no avail
