My pet chicken "Sweetart" (Because she love's attention but when she dosnt she will peck you!) is a 100% house chicken, I noticed when somebody speak's very loud or I play music she violently shakes her head, does this mean it's hurting her ear's because of how sensitive they are?

Yes, from your description, it's hurting her ears. Turn the volume down.

It's not just the volume People yell 24/7 at my house, I have atlest 7-8 people living here. Would the best thing just to put her outside?
Do you have a coop/run for her?
If she's healthy and doesn't need specialized care, she would be happier, imho, outside.
If she's a lone chicken, you may want to consider getting at least 2 more so she has company.

She's got her own run/coop but we have other chicken's outside who would kill her and she get's mean to them. She will pretty much break every single bone in her body in order to get inside.

What breed is she?
She sounds interesting. Not sure what the solution would be, if she can't be outside, then bring her back in. She may just need to be placed in a room where it's quieter when there is a lot of activity/noise.
