Chicken Shoes!

Pics
no suffer here was raised on a farm had rough outs and rubber boots and bare feet
got tennis shoes in 7th Grade
I grew up in South Florida, bare foot more often than not. But can't do it anymore, hurts my feet..
But I tell ya, word on the street is that chickens judge us by our footwear. What do you really think those roosters are saying in the morning?
"Hey Mr. Mud Boots! Mrs. 'what were you thinking when you bought those?', get out here and let us out!!"
:lau:lau:gig:gig
Moose is my big boy who is there when I fall 5 year old Black Lab
I have a couple Pyrenees mixes. And an Anatolian mix too. Plus way too many little yappers...:hmm

I can smell spring lurking in the air here, and I'm scared. A metre of melted snow equals a lot of mud.
That's not Spring you're smelling; that's the farmer down the road. He has the "honey wagon" out, spreading cow manure.

These are ropers. Modified with a pair of Fiskers.... When my saddle fix guy saw em he was horrified and said.... GIMME those.... Went back and stitches around the leather in the heel.

These Ropers Were a riding shoe... And I still need to protect toes from size five draft feet.

using my newphone for pictures and CANT download the picture. I never use my pass word for email... and cant remember it right now.

Trust me these shoes have been worn now since 2009. They stay in the car. If my son has to carrythem he uses a napkin to protect his hands.

Just smash em down!:D
I give DW grief every time I catch her doing that, and she catches a lot of grief. Ain't no wonder womens gotta have so many shoes for one pair of feet; they're forever breaking the heels down :rant
If ya want Crocs, buy Crocs!

We have that exact same discussion.

I threw out a pair of my wife's shoes one time. I had never seen her wear them. She said they were her fishin shoes. I never saw her fish either. That was probably well over twenty years ago and she brought it up again just the other day. So as far as I'm concerned she can have twenty pairs of chicken shoes and I'm not gonna touch a one of them.
