Ok, just thought I'd check. I'm really sorry, I don't know too much about chicken illness, but I tagged someone who may be able to help more.

To check for egg binding, you glove up with some lubricant, and insert a finger into the vent. Usually you can feel if there's an egg. Again, I'm not sure that this is the case.

There's a chance this is Mark's. There's a chance this is egg binding. Sticking your finger into her vent almost never results in any certainty about whether there's a stuck egg. I don't suggest doing it for lots of reasons, mostly because it usually gives you no information.

What might help, and it's something very easy you can do, is give her a calcium tablet like this. One tablet directly in her beak. She will swallow easily. It will encourage contractions to get the egg out if this is her problem.

Don't worry, she won't choke. Give one tablet each day until she passes the egg or other egg-like substance.

That she's not pooped or laid an egg in two days points me towards thinking it's an egg bind as both functions share some of the same 'equipment' while leaving the birds body. Egg binding is bad, but bound and unable to poop too is a disaster.
Please do the calcium tablets daily as instructed. I'll be praying for you and your feathered family.
