I've broken broodies using the dog crate method. I put my broidy girls in a dog crate that is elevated enough to allow air to get under the floor. Give her food and water but no bedding material. That usually cures mine in a day or two. But you can try eggs!
I have two hens who are pretty much always broody. I usually take them off the nests a couple times a day just to make sure they get a little "down" time. But IME, some hens just manage being broody better than others. I had one who seemed determined to starve herself to death. My two always broody hens take better care to eat, drink, dust bathe by getting off the nest for short periods.
