I have one chicken that has been sneezing periodically for a few weeks (kind of noticed it in hindsight) but now it’s pretty much constant. No other birds seem to be affected at all. I’m not seeing any change in her behavior, still eating and foraging normally with the others. Any
insight? She's also molting.....

Can you gather her up, check to make sure her nostrils are not clogged?
See if there's mucous from the nostrils or if she has watery or bubbly eyes, look her over for lice/mites, inside the ears for infection, inside the beak for lesions or canker and make sure her crop is emptying overnight.

Have you every had respiratory illness within your flock?
Made any changes - closed up the coop more/blocked off ventilation, changed bedding, etc.?

She may have respiratory illness that 's presenting during the stressful time of molt. If symptoms worsen or she's not eating/drinking well, contacting your vet for help with medications may be needed.

It looks like you are in Canada?

Yes, I am in Canada. I did put plastic back up on the mesh window last week as cold weather sets in, but no other changes. Haven’t had any previous illnesses in any of the flock.
There is no discharge from eyes or nostrils, or any of the other things you mentioned, but she has worsened over the day and is now wheezing quite loudly with each breath, not sneezing anymore. I separated her from the rest and she is in my mud room where it’s warmer and drier. I’ve provided water with Poul-Vite in it and earlier when she was still outside with the rest she ate some warm oatmeal with crushed garlic in it.
She seems to be struggling quite a lot....hoping she can fight it off!

She seems slightly better this morning....before i went to bed last night I crushed up a 500mg clarithromycin tablet (prescribed for me) and mixed it into an ounce of water and gave her 3ml orally by syringe. I will repeat that dose this morning and hope that I can get some species-appropriate medication soon. I was also reading how people have had success treating with colloidal silver so might give that a try too. Once it’s light I will give her some moistened cat food with more garlic in it. She pooped this morning and it looks very normal.
