Chicken sneezing

Hello guys, I have some of my chicken making a sound that is similar to a human sneezing. I caught my almost tame hand risen cock and checked his nose. It is clogged with mucus so what can I do to get rid of their cold. I never heard a chick gets a cold. Can you help?

Antibiotics such as Tylan (tylosin), erythromycin (Gallimycin), and tetracycline drugs (Oxytet, Terramycin, Duramycin) can treat bacterial infections, mycoplasma, and and secondary infections of viruses.
