I don't believe so. You can buy "Birdie boots" which are from booties for birds. They aren't waterproof though.

I don't think so. It's not super absorbent like gauze but it will hold moisture. It's mostly elastic and stretchy. it sticks to itself. I've used it when treating bumble foot.
