chicken sounds - good and bad?

what are good sounds and not so good sounds that chickens make?
how do you tell if they are happy and satisfied or if they are feeling unhappy or scared or something??

I like the clucking and "er-ing", but I have one hen that will squawk to high heaven if she doesn't get her favorite nest when it's time to lay. AND heaven forbid anyone try to interrupt her-she 'll squawk again to get them out of there.LOL
The low soft clucks are the happy sounds.
