chicken standing in one spot makeing a noise like snoreing

she opens here mouth and makes that noise. i picked her up and she was shakeing looked at her vent looked normal. i put her back down and she pooped a little it was all runny. is she trying to pass a big egg. she just stands there and grunts closeing her eyes like shes in pain.

There is obviously something wrong with her. She could be eggbound. She could have some respiratory issue. Has she been laying consistantly? Any eye, nose, etc. discharge? Is she thin? Please post at much info as possible. Diet, poops (besides the runny one) anything you can think of. No matter what this issue is you should probably isolate her. If you can, bring her in the house to stay warm and quiet. Give her good things to eat like greens, yogurt, cottage cheese. Hopefully someone else can think of something because I know I'm forgetting things. Please post more info and we will try to help.

she is fine now she was up on the roost when i went out to get eggs. she layed a egg right in front of me while she was on the roost i tryed to catch it when it came out but it hit the dropper boards a little and cracked a little bit. so i threw it out . i guess she just needed it to come out.
