Chicken stays in one place all the time

My young silkie hen (not yet laying) never leaves the coop. She stays inside in one corner and will never move if I don’t pick her up and move her. She is definitely at the bottom of the pecking order. It’s been like this for months and I finally just brought her in to my house the other day and she hasn’t left her Amazon box (she can freely come amd go from the box if she wanted)... do chickens get depressed? Or maybe she’s blind? Because she won’t follow the other chickens either and will only come to me if I’m constantly making noise do guide her to me.

How old is she? I know you said she's not laying, but my Silkies are perpetually broody.

Does she have issues eating or drinking? You can test her for blindness/partial blindness by moving your finger past one side of her head at a time, and seeing if she reacts.

Has she ever interacted with the other birds in the flock, or walked around in the run on her own when she was younger?
