Hi everyone,
My Ameraucana has been laying an egg a day for the past 2 1/2 - 3 weeks. About three days ago, I started finding very small eggs that are a complete different color (she had been laying brown - I know, the breeder didn't give me a true blood Ameraucana - and these new eggs are almost white). My Buff Orpington has also been showing different behavior and I think she is the one laying these new eggs. Is it possible that my Ameraucana has stopped laying because the other one has started or is there any chance that these different eggs are coming from the Ameraucana?
