Chicken stopped laying

I have a chicken who was laying about a month ago. She laid pretty light brown/ pink eggs for about 4 days straight and then just stopped and she hasn’t laid since. I thought it might be stress because we had 3 roosters in with 14 pullets and the roosters had started fighting. I separated the three roosters and the next day...an egg! But it was a deeper brown so I don’t think it’s from the same bird.
Also, being uneducated in the ways of chickens, (these are my first) I had them on 24 hr light in the coop to keep it warm. I realize now this is a mistake and I have a timer but I haven’t set it up yet. The day before she stopped laying the light went out for a short period of time. Do you think any of these things could’ve stopped her from laying for so long or is there something else going on?
As a side note, how can I decrease the light in their coop without stressing them out too much? Can I just program the timer to 16 hrs of light or should I do this gradually. Thanks for your help!

I think it would be best to just chuck the light idea completly and let nature do its thing. 🙃

Our coop has a pretty small window so even on the brightest days it’s pretty hard to see in there. That’s why I initially put a light in there. This being our first flock, the coop is just a repurposed old shed for now.

and that’s fine! but you let them out during the day don’t you?As long as you let them out during the day and they get enough light their bodies will do the work

Oh okay! That makes sense thanks. They don’t spend a lot of time outside because it’s cold and snowy and they don’t like it. But it should be enough.
