Almost everyone in my area that used this feed myself included has had no eggs. Mine are going on 6 months without an egg. Many farmers around me the eggs just stopped completely. Avoid dumor, producers pride and Purina feeds as they are owned by the same company and possible tainted. There are tons of articles out there across the country with people saying the same thing. Another farmer a mile from me never used this feed and is getting a dozen a day all through winter from 20 hens. So I know it's not the weather or cold where I live

Interestingly enough I heard about this and switched feed. After about 4 days she started laying again after no eggs for three weeks!

My Purina-fed chickens are all laying. I am getting 8-10 a day from 10 layers.they never really stopped, but there was the usual slow down during molt.

It's ok, though. My theory is that my chickens are better than everyone else's.

It's normal for hens to take short breaks. If the new feed has better protein, it might have helped her.

Good. I just changed feeds so I'm hoping for the change. Like I said my neighbor had all the same breeds as me and is getting a dozen a day, so I know it's not the short hours. These same hens gave me half a dozen a day in the short days last year
