I had someone pick up chickens from me Saturday. That have been completely healthy while in my care. They were in transport for over an hour in the back of a truck in a dog kennel. One chicken died today (Tuesday) and the rest have flopped combs and are wheezing. Could this be from too much stress ? Please help

It could possibly be stress related - travel is pretty hard on them in the wrong conditions. Did your client give them electrolytes and water during the trip? How hot was it when they were transported?
What have they been eating? Do you know what their poop looks like?

It was around 94. And no water or electrolytes. She said she gave them herbs ? I think they do everything the natural way. They have been eating an all flock crumble mixed with layer pellets a tiny bit of sunflower seeds and mealworm. And I give them electrolytes in their water daily.
No idea what their poop looks like currently.

What was the temperature there? It could be heat stress.
It was 92-94 on day of transport. Sunday it was in the 90s yesterday 95 and today was in the 100s. I do have fans in my coop that they are used to.
