This afternoon I went out to check the girls as usual and my 2-year and 3-month old easter-egger had tucked herself under the coop. (She was fine this morning). She briefly came out, sort of pecked at the worms I threw out for them (did not eat) and went back under the coop (NOT normal for her, she's usually very feisty). At that time I noticed her comb looked pale and she's moving around slowly. I brought her in to the "chicken hospital" (a portable open dog kennel with lots of room in my art studio), and after a few minutes she was holding her mouth open (though it is 76 degrees in there) and I looked her over. Crop seems empty except for a gritty-feeling bit smaller than a golf ball. Abdomen soft/normal feeling, vent looks fine, no signs of parasites. Skin may be a little pale. Because she is so lethargic it was easy to thoroughly look her over, she let me move her around with no complaint. No injuries, her eyes are bright, nothing in her mouth I can see, no smell in mouth. Poop is yellow water. I made her a scrambled egg which she looked at but didn't eat. She's just been standing in the same spot for hours now (it just got dark and she hasn't moved).

The only change in her world recently is a switched from Kalmbach all flock crumbles to Nutrena naturewise feather fixer, both 20% (I have a few feather-eaters and have been feeding 20% for a couple months now).

My other 8 girls are all fine.
She laid her last egg 2 days ago.
In addition to the feed they get treats of black fly larvae and black oil sunflower seeds.
Yesterday they got a little watermelon and chopped up carrot and broccoli (raw, very small amount).
I started giving them some of their feed soaked with water with nutri-drench in it (just a little, like 1/4-1/3 of a capful in 1 cup water) a few times a week a little over a week ago. (Otherwise they have 24/7 access to a tredle feeder).
I don't know her weight but she might be just a tad thin?
It's been a normal day, nothing new or exciting recently except I did set up a mister system in half the run that runs a few hours in the hot part of the afternoon when it's over 92 degrees, which has been every day in the last week.
I have a coop cam and check on them day and night and have not noticed anything out of the ordinary.
I have not administered any treatment, can't afford vet so will treat myself.
Her coop/run is coarse sand/dirt. I live in the hi desert.
Run is inclosed dog run, half shaded, is 11' x 44', open coop inside under shade with ample room on the roosts and 10 nest boxes. They do not free range (too many predators here).
They have open access to oyster shell and dried egg shells.
The coop and run is poop-scooped out almost every day.
Her "hospital room" has open access to her regular feed, plain water and water with nutridrench.
I just checked on her (8:45pm) and she has hunkered down in the same spot she was standing in earlier, was aware I came in and cooed a little. No longer holding her mouth open.

That's everything I can think of, please advise, thank you.

Did you mix the 2 foods?

When I was transitioning I did mix the Kalmbach with the Nutrena. It is 80-90% Nutrena now. I did transition them quickly.

Did you check to see if she's egg-bound?
I did not feel anything out of the ordinary when I examined her. However, I apparently have more work to do as I just read up on it and apparently it can be difficult to determine without gently sticking a lubed finger in her bum 😳

The water if it's to much or sudden it will surprise her, and for food it to late I think maybe try giving her less of the new stuff, and keep her away from the other entell you can identified what the problem is
