cafarmgirl - thanks for that information! Funny too because I had done lots of reading and came across an article about oxine AH (fogging the coop).
I don't particularly know what my chickens had going on, but it seemed to have rectified itself (without me having to do much). I took out all of the bedding (and leaves) and washed the coop (which by the way wasn't that bad, but I was concerned about the leaves). Put fresh bedding in. Purchased some Durvet Electrolytes and vitamins powder that I added to their water and brought the 3 sick chickens in the house overnight a couple of days, still put them outside during the day. They aren't sneezing or weezing. They look healthy and are eating as normal. I know at least two of them are laying.
