Chicken Swallowed My Earring???

They do love shiney things. They are also surprisingly strong. My daughter lost her diamond stud that way. The chicken was fine, but we never did see the earring again. Though my dog likes to eat their poo...and the birds eat his...ahh the cycle of poo.

I would think the biggest danger is if it's a toxic metal, it could be dangerous as it breaks down, zinc being especially not so bird friendly.
