Just something I heard from someone at the swap parked down near you guys, I've never seen them before tho so who knows !!! I thought it was a tad odd !! Ohhh and I didnt see Wayne's truck just the white SUV you were driving !! Thought maybe Wayne liked to cart surf (when you jump in the cart and get pulled behind a car)
