Oh oh oh ~~~ How old is he ?? I have 3 Roo's now ~ an no place 2 do a QT 4 a private easy intro. That area / coop is taken up by my 3 new hens.
Please tell me this man will take care of him & not eat him ~~ ?

If I come down I will have 2 Silkie X bantam Easter egger's , 1 mayB a Roo, they R about 12 wks old.
also 1 Silkie X Cochin ( blk ) pullet, born in April, laying , broody right now . If no interest in them , I won't travel that far , as I am way up in Pike, NH. Grafton county. I hatched out all theses babe's. MayB a 1 yr old Frizzle ( blk ) hen as well. ( Not sure as I love my babe's )

most of the roos that go to the roo guy end up as food. if anybody wants these guys to survive, please get ahold of april

I have seen some of these guys and they are really beautiful.

I have:

1 Barnevelder - Breed quality but I am keeping his brother - I could be convinced to sell a hen with him if someone has room for a new breed.

1 Black Copper Marans
3 Light Brahmas
1 Crooked Welsummer
1 Mottled Java

I am not threatening, I just can not keep them all. I know the roo man will eat them - but I think it is the price we pay for hatching

I just sent an email to
kungpao rooster. last month he was looking for a black copper maran roo. maybe you can drop him a line to see if he is still looking. he would give your guy a great home!

I also got ahold of a couple other people to try to help but so far no luck. Last weekend someone gave away a whole bunch of little roos at the swap.

so happy to see so many get homes. took one myself. he is the cutest thing ever.

93 south to exit 9 north. you will be on the daniel webster highway. drive a few miles till you see kmart on the right. drive through kmart parking lot. go around left side of building and you will be looking at agway across the street.
