Was very happy to see the Concord swap

got 2 awesome bantam cochins this morning there! very friendly gorgeous birds

we named the Roo Voodoo and the hen Elvira..keeping in the holiday spirit. glad i saw it!

We had a bit of everything 2day @ the Littleton swap , weather wise. brrrr~~~~~ is the only word. Not a great turn out

. Oh well. I did get my C. Quails from 1chickmagnet

. They R just the cutest. They R start'b to chirp.

. Came close 2 buying her Frizzle as well. what a beauty.. Just didn't have any more cages. I bought 2 BO hens from my friend ChickNchick & an Ameraurcana hen from a VT couple. Chicknchick, the 3 girls R gett'n along great, my 3 reds were having a stand off thru the fence with Etta thats the new A. hen & my little silkie ginny now called Cam, was having almost a Roo fight with one of the BO's thru the wire.. I'm gonna call her Rocky, lol lol the little fighter.. Hubby has not seen the 3 big girls yet.I am excited 2 watch my Quails while on the 'putor. The Parakeets R start'n 2 talk back 2 them...

HI all,

How was the Osborne's swap? I did not make it to the Concord on Saturday - busy, busy.

I am going to come on the 6th for sure. I have a boat load of roosters to give away.

ANY ONE LOOKING FOR A ROOSTER...

?

I also have 2 hatchery Deleware hens in lay that I am going to sell.

I hope it's bigger next yr. I'll have to post flyers. Greg should have the North country news & the bridge weekly print the flyer.MayB I'll hatch out some chicks
