CHICKEN SWAPS OF NH SWAP LISTINGS

Hi everyone!

The snow is finally gone from my backyard and I hope to get some new hens. I have too many roosters and not enough hens to go around! I hope to be at the Chichester Swap.

I need to re-home this Partridge roo. He is about 10 months old, if anyone is interested. I bought him at my first swap last July. He was only 8wks, and suppose to be a pullet. Oh well, surprise, surprise, lol! Now he needs a new home. This photo was taken about a month ago.

that is a beautiful boy you have there. I hope someone needs him. I too am glad the snow is gone. I hope you enjoy the swap and find what you are looking for.

Yes, he is a handsome boy, I just have too many young roosters!

I will be looking for older pullets or young hens. I hope to increase my hen to rooster ratio!

What is everyone bringing to the Chichester swap?

At what age do they no longer need a brooder light? I usually prefer 8 wks and over, or fully feathered and can go outside.

I haven't heard of any. Call the store and ask them. Someone there should know if they have any scheduled.
